comipo Play allows viewing of all age-appropriate titles purchased on comipo, both before and after the renewal.
Please try the following points below.
■Sync your library
Try pressing the [Sync Library] button found on the comipo Play side menu.
■Clear the browser cache and delete cookies
Cached files and / or cookies in your browser may be corrupted. Please try clearing the browser cache and cookies.
For how to clear cached files and cookies, please refer to [ How do I clear temporary internet (cached) files and cookies ].
■Reset comipo Play settings to default
Click the [Reset all settings to defaults] button under [Settings], then try restarting your browser.
* This process will not delete any of your purchases.
■ Logged in with a Different Account
It is possible that you are logged in with an account registered under a different email address than the one associated with your purchase history.
Additionally, you may have created and logged into a new account using a social media account without linking it to your existing account.
If you have other email addresses, please check the [ password reset page ] to check the login ID of your existing account.
The login ID will be included in the email sent to you.
If you have forgotten your login ID/password and no longer have access to the email address you registered with, please submit a [ user registration confirmation request ].
■For convenience store prepayment
In the case of convenience store payment, purchases take approximately 5-30 minutes to display in your Library (Purchase History).
■Remove the product from the Hidden Product List
To remove products from the Hide List, go to [Settings] --> [Hidden Product List].
