Please try logging in following the steps below:
*If you registered a new comipo account linking a third-party service (such as X or LINE), the registered email address is either the email address used for the third-party service to link your account or the email you manually entered during the comipo account registration process.
[Check your Login ID]
Follow the steps below to check the Login ID registered with comipo.
1. Open the [Confirm Login ID / Change Password] page.
2. Enter your email address into the "Registered email address" field and click "Send".
3. Check for an email with the subject line "[comipo] Reset your password" from "support@vivionid.com" to your entered email.
*If you do not receive the email, please refer to [I have a problem receiving the password reset email from comipo].
-If the email address is registered with comipo:
You will receive an email guiding you to click the URL to reset your password and check your Login ID. Please proceed to step 4.
-If the email address is not registered with comipo:
You will receive an email stating that we could not confirm your registration with the information you provided. Please return to step 2 and try a different email address.
4. Click the URL in the email.
5. Your Login ID will be displayed. If you remember your password, please log in from [Login].
[How to change your password]
1. If you have forgotten your password, set a new password that is "8 to 20 characters long, including at least one uppercase/lowercase letter and one number" from the same page you opened in step 5 above.
2. Once complete, please try to log in from [Login] with your Login ID displayed in step 5 above and your newly set password.
