comipo provides an option to pay via convenience store (Japan only). In case of convenience store payment, purchased product(s) may take approximately 5~30 minutes after payment completion to appear in your Download History.
■Have you logged into the right account?
We recommend that customers create one member account per person. If you create a new account in addition to the existing account, your purchase history will not be transferred. Please use the existing account you created in the past.
