If you receive an error message when registering your (credit) card, please confirm the following points:
- Your card information is entered correctly.
- Your card is valid for international use.
- Certain cards may not be accepted.
- Check the 3-D Secure settings of your card. For more details, please refer to the [ About 3-D Secure page ] .

Prepaid, debit, and cards issued outside of Japan may not work. (Please note that we only officially accept credit cards, and other types of cards like debit cards simply may not work.)
Also, please allow some time and try again later as you may be encountering a temporary error.If your matter is urgent, please consider registering a different card.
- We would like to remind you that at comipo, all card payments are processed as credit transactions, and you cannot make debit or POS (point-of-sale) transactions with your card. Therefore, a charge will not be deducted from your bank account until the next payment date, and should thus be pending until that day.
- Finally, please refrain from opening multiple comipo windows / tabs when attempting to save your card details / make a transaction.
Sometimes changing certain computer settings will allow a payment to process properly.
If your issue is still not resolved, please attempt the following steps:
- Try clearing your internet cache. See [ How can I clear temporary Internet (cached) files? ] for details.
- Try using a different browser. See [ What are comipo's system requirements? ] for details.
- Your card may have restrictions in place related to how much can be spent in a single transaction. (If possible, please attempt a purchase with a lower purchase total.)
- Try disabling any ad-blockers you may be using.
- If your browser security level is set to high, try lowering it.
- If cookies are disabled, try enabling them.

If you have any browser plugins enabled, please disable them.
(This includes Adblock or other ad blocking, security related plugins.)
If the error continues, charge/s to your card from comipo may be being rejected for some reason.
As we cannot tell what the cause is from our end, you should try contacting your card issuer for more information.
If none of these solutions solve the problem at hand, please consider using a different payment method such as [ Electronic Money ] .
