As the site experiences heavy traffic towards the end of sales / promotion periods, there can sometimes be a lag in payment processing, even with immediate payment methods such as credit card.
If a sale or promotion period ends while a purchase is being confirmed after selecting "Checkout", or while on the 3D Secure Password Input screen, the purchase may be completed without the discount being applied. To avoid such cases, please be sure to complete purchases with extra time to spare.
Please note that we cannot change purchase totals even if purchases end up being made at the regular price.
